Providers

Dr. Abdulquadri Akinsanya

Family Physician that enjoys providing comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families of all ages. He graduated from medical school in 2015 (MBChB) and has practiced as a Doctor for 10 years. He has a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology awarded by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and he subsequently completed specialty training in General Practice / Family Medicine in the United Kingdom (2024).
Dr. Akinsanya has a special interest in women’s health and minor surgical procedures. 
He believes in taking time to listen, fostering open communication, and working collaboratively with patients to support both immediate concerns and long-term health.

Dr. James Allred, BSc, DPM

James Allred, DPM, AACFAS. Originally from Southern Alberta, Dr. Allred attended the University of Lethbridge and went on to receive the DPM degree from Midwestern University in Arizona. He completed surgical residency in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Dr. Allred treats patients with a wide range of foot and ankle conditions with a special focus on custom orthotics, ingrown nail surgery, heel pain, diabetic foot care, wound care, and foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Allred is a regulated member of the College of Podiatric Physicians of Alberta and is an associate member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. 

Chris Dore, NP

I am a Nurse Practitioner with diverse healthcare experience. I provide family-focused care across the lifespan, with the training and clinical expertise to care for people of all ages, from infants and children to adults and seniors. I have a particular passion for rural healthcare, supporting individuals and families at each stage of life. My practice includes minor procedures, chronic disease management, health promotion, and collaborative care planning, with a focus on addressing the unique needs of rural communities. I am committed to building trusting relationships with people while promoting equitable access to high-quality healthcare close to home

Sarah Duncan, NP

Sarah is a Nurse Practitioner who has been caring for patients in southern Alberta since 2012, beginning her career as a rural RN before completing her Master of Nursing – NP degree in 2020 through the University of Saskatchewan.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Lethbridge.

Sarah has experience as a Nurse Practitioner working in Seniors Health and Primary Care. She is passionate about women’s health and takes a warm, down-to-earth approach to care, focused on building meaningful relationships and supporting patients through every stage of life.

Bailey Balog, NP

Bailey Balog is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care across all stages of life. With a focus on building strong relationships and promoting long-term wellness, Bailey provides comprehensive primary care services including health assessments, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and patient education. 
 
Bailey was raised in the Milk River area and had been working as an ER nurse in Milk River before completing her Nurse Practitioner training through the University of Saskatchewan. She has been a part of the Coulee Medical team since 2021.  Known for a collaborative and approachable style, Bailey is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve better health outcomes through accessible and evidence-based care.

Since beginning my career, I have looked for a way to live and work in a meaningful role near my family and home where I grew up. I am very grateful for this unique opportunity to support an incredible team of caring health professionals here in our community as they delivery exceptional care to you and your family.
